This information is by no means a substitute for our personal response to your specific questions and concerns. During
your first visit, you will have the opportunity to meet the doctor as well as our team
members. We recommend your treatment begin with a comprehensive oral examination in order
to assess your current oral health. We will
perform TMJ, bite and tooth-by-tooth examinations, as well as an oral cancer screening.
Necessary decay-detecting x-rays will also be taken to complete the exam. One
of the ways we can help with your first appointment is to offer our New Patient
Information Form online. You can download
the form here [ Page 1 & Page 2 ] and have it completed upon the arrival of your
first visit. If you are unable to complete
your form prior to your visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. We also offer a courtesy insurance verification
for new patients. If you have not already scheduled your first appointment, please do
