NEW PATIENTS We are thrilled to welcome you to our practice and are honored that you chose us to serve your dental needs. We take the privilege of providing you with dental care very seriously. This information is by no means a substitute for our personal response to your specific questions and concerns. During your first visit, you will have the opportunity to meet the doctor as well as our team members. We recommend your treatment begin with a comprehensive oral examination in order to assess your current oral health. We will perform TMJ, bite and tooth-by-tooth examinations, as well as an oral cancer screening. Necessary decay-detecting x-rays will also be taken to complete the exam. One of the ways we can help with your first appointment is to offer our Adult New Patient Information Form online. You can download the form here (5 pages total) and have it completed upon the arrival of your first visit. If you are unable to complete your form prior to your visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. We also offer a courtesy insurance verification for new patients.
